Service location: One registered RV up to 30 feet long at one agreed West Michigan residence or storage location, within 15 road miles of MRR's confirmed Grand Rapids dispatch point. RVs over 30 ft, multiple water systems, and additional travel require a separate written quote. Solar and off-grid systems must be declared at enrollment; excessively complex layouts may require a separate technical quote or referral before work is accepted.
Seasonal visits: Spring and fall visits are provided within reasonable appointment windows, subject to customer access, weather and appointment availability; no guaranteed date. Service is limited to work stated in the plan. RV owner must make the systems accessible and safe. For year-round off-grid RVs that do not winterize, a comparable, defined seasonal water/power-readiness task may replace de-winterization or winterization only if agreed in writing before enrollment; no automatic credit or additional service is implied.
Washing: Exterior body hand wash only, up to 30 feet and approximately 2.5 labor hours per wash, with customer-supplied water and electricity and a lawful wastewater disposal arrangement. No roof walking, waxing, polishing, heavy oxidation, biological contamination cleanup or neglected, excessively soiled RVs without a separate quote.
Included roof reseal limits: Annual targeted preventative reseal applies only to one eligible RV up to 30 feet, safe-to-access sound roof seams/one minor penetration. Maximum 8 linear feet, one compatible cartridge, and 60 minutes of technician time, whichever is reached first. The included roof inspection does not certify roof watertightness. Active leaks, extensive removal/rebuilding of failed sealant, full-roof perimeter sealing, recoating, membrane replacement, wet decking, structural repairs, and inaccessible/unsafe roof areas are excluded and require a separately authorized written estimate. If roof work is unsafe or unsuitable, MRR will document its findings; substitution/refunds will be determined under the signed agreement. No leak-free guarantee.
Included service limits: Inspections are visual/operational checks of accessible components; they are not safety certifications or a guarantee of problem detection. Complex repairs, replacement parts, hydronic systems, washers, ice-makers and inaccessible roof/AC components may require extra charges.
Adventure Plus solar & off-grid scope: One dedicated on-site 2.5-hour non-invasive system-health visit in addition to the two seasonal visits. Uses owner-provided equipment models, apps, monitoring credentials and safe access to visible equipment. Suitable for systems of different sizes, but the time allowance—not the number or replacement value of components—limits the inspection. Only accessible displays, visible condition, operating status and low-risk functional checks are included. No opening live panels, torque testing energized terminals, high-voltage testing, battery-capacity testing, roof-panel servicing, rewiring, software reprogramming, transfer-switch testing under load, engineering design review, code inspection, or guaranteed system optimization. Nonstandard batteries, unusual high-voltage configurations, complex power trees, damage or hazardous equipment require a written custom estimate. Review may be limited by overcast conditions, unavailable sunlight, inability to safely operate systems or no monitoring access. No electrical safety certificate or promise of continuous off-grid power.
Complete tier full systems check: One broad accessible RV operational check, up to 3 hours including report. Covers basic 12V/120V and charging/solar monitor readings if available; water system, water heater, furnace, A/C, refrigerator, slide/awning, lighting, tire exterior observations, and user-testable alarms. This is not an additional Adventure Plus off-grid audit. Excludes LP pressure certification, high-voltage or invasive electrical diagnostics, engine/chassis/brakes, full PV or battery-bank engineering reviews, and guaranteed detection of concealed defects. No NRVIA-certified inspection is implied.
No work without permission: Additional parts or repairs require a separate estimate and customer authorization.
