CUSTOMER DATA & PRIVACY

Information MRR may receive

Depending on how you interact with us, MRR may receive your name, email, phone number, service location, RV model, problems described, photographs you submit, service records, requests for estimates, invoices, payment status, communications and referral source (for example, a campaign code).

MRR's form may automatically record the referral source in the page URL. Some lessons within MRR University's public pages store reading progress in your browser's local storage; this is not an authenticated transcript.

Why information is used

• Respond to an inquiry and evaluate whether the requested service is available.
• Schedule service, create estimates, document authorization, manage work orders and invoices.
• Contact customers about their requests, maintain service histories and address complaints.
• Meet lawful tax, recordkeeping, security and regulatory obligations.
• Analyze aggregate inquiry sources and improve the website and customer service.

We do not treat service inquiries as blanket permission to send unrelated marketing. Promotional messages require a lawful basis and, when applicable, consent and an unsubscribe mechanism.

Third-party systems

MRR uses or links to external services. The live repair-request form currently sends data and attachments through FormSubmit. The customer portal links to Pillar FSM. Online payments may take place through QuickBooks, PayPal, Cash App or other external processors; merchandise purchases are handled by Etsy. Web hosting is provided by the site hosting platform. Each service may collect and process information under its own terms and privacy notice.

MRR does not ask for credit card information through its general inquiry form. Use the payment provider's secure checkout. We cannot control how an external website uses its own cookies or account information.

Photographs, documents and customer content

Photos submitted for diagnostics may be used to evaluate a request, share technical details with an assigned service provider when necessary, and document authorized work. Sending a photo does not give MRR permission to use it for marketing or publish identifying information. Promotional uses should be separately authorized by the person entitled to grant that permission.

Please remove sensitive documents, visible account numbers, faces and other unnecessary private material from photographs wherever possible.

Security and retention

MRR should apply reasonable safeguards, limited staff access and appropriate vendor controls to customer records. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Information is kept only as long as reasonably required for operations, legal obligations and permitted records retention; Michigan motor-vehicle repair records may be subject to specific statutory retention requirements.

A verified data incident requiring notices under applicable law will be handled under the relevant legal requirements. This page does not guarantee a specific retention period or deletion procedure that has not been implemented.

Your questions and requests

For a question about a customer record, correction, privacy concern, or request to stop promotional contact, email service@michigan-rv-repair.com or call 616-290-3592. We may need to verify your identity before releasing private records. Some records cannot be immediately deleted because of legal or contractual duties.

MRR's service website is intended for adult customers. Do not submit children's personal information through repair request forms.

Other websites, cookies and changes

External links are not controlled by MRR. Users should review the privacy notices of those services before submitting account information. Cookies, analytics and advertising systems must be disclosed accurately if added later. We will update this notice when operational privacy practices change.
