MRR University: Academic & Credential Disclosure
Honest explanations of proposed courses, outside certifications and credit recognition.
Updated November 1, 2026 · MichiganEducational status and limitations
The materials displayed under MRR University are independently developed learning resources and proposed academic curricula. They are not currently represented as state-approved proprietary-school programs, institutionally accredited college courses, or authorized RVTI certification training. MRR cannot itself grant GRCC credits or RVTI credentials by publishing lessons online.
The four-semester pathway displays a proposed 5-credit course per semester (20 proposed credits). These numbers describe an academic-planning model only. A college independently evaluates its curriculum, instruction, faculty qualifications and allowable credit awards; a separate RVTI authorization and examination process applies for RVTI technician certification.
Student admissions, enrollment and payments
No paid college-credit enrollment should be represented as active until MRR verifies required Michigan school licensing and approved programs, identifies tuition and billing terms, and puts written admissions, enrollment, refund, cancellation, attendance, disability accommodations, grade appeals, grievance and recordkeeping procedures in place.
Where an external school or credentialing body ultimately partners with MRR, that institution's signed agreement and published academic catalog control its actual awards and student protections.
Course safety and intellectual property
Course examples involving electricity, propane, refrigeration, towing, lifting or other potentially hazardous systems are educational examples, not authorization to perform regulated work or bypass manufacturer instructions. Practical exercises require competent supervision and appropriate facilities. Course materials are for personal educational use unless written licensing rights are granted by MRR.
Some materials may include original Scripture-centered reflections on workmanship and integrity. Religious reflections are separate from the technical program's proposed competencies and are not represented as endorsed by an external college or religious institution.
External evaluation
Michigan's Postsecondary Schools office regulates qualifying proprietary trade schools and degree-granting institutions. A college-credit partnership, license or certification must be formally authorized; none is implied by a syllabus or a memorandum of interest.
