Every RVer wants something different: a quiet wooded site, or a resort with a pool. This directory rates campgrounds on a simple Rustic-to-Fancy scale and lets you filter by the features that matter, including whether a mobile repair tech is welcome on site.
Honest ratings only. A campground is listed here only after MRR has reviewed it. The directory is just starting, so the one entry you may see is a labeled sample showing the layout. No ratings are invented, and listings are not paid placements.

The Rustic-to-Fancy scale
One scale, five steps. It describes the style of the stay, not whether a campground is good. A rustic 1 can be the perfect 10 for the right trip.
1RusticPrimitive or very basic. Few or no hookups, vault toilets, nature first.
2SimpleBasic sites, some electric or water, simple bathhouse, low-frills.
3ComfortableReliable hookups, clean facilities, easy access, a few amenities.
4UpscaleFull hookups, level pads, strong amenities, well-kept grounds.
5FancyResort style: premium sites, pool, activities, concierge-level service.
