Shopping, Insurance & Program Status

Effective November 1, 2026. This page explains what is and is not offered through Michigan RV Repair (MRR) at the current stage of the website. It is information for customers, not an attempt to remove statutory rights.

1. Current availability

MRR currently accepts inquiries about RV service and repair, shares informational campground and travel resources, and links to a separately operated Etsy shop. The MRR parts marketplace, insurance quoting and referrals, paid MRR University enrollment, campground memberships/discount packages, and online custom-RV purchases are not open for purchase or enrollment on this website. A website form or inquiry does not by itself create an order, booking, insurance application, school enrollment, or membership.

2. RV repair requests, estimates and payments

Repair and appointment forms are requests for contact, not confirmations that an appointment has been accepted or a job authorized. Work and prices are governed by an individual estimate, authorization, agreement or invoice, and applicable law. Customers should pay only an invoice or payment link specifically issued by MRR for an agreed service. There is no public self-service checkout on this website during this phase. A repair deposit, if applicable, must be disclosed in an individual agreement before collection. Nothing here changes statutory requirements for estimates, approvals, warranties or consumer rights.

3. RV parts and accessories — coming soon

The MRR parts store is a preview and information resource. Items, example categories and informational references are not offers to sell goods or guarantees of compatibility, price, stock or delivery. MRR does not currently accept website orders for RV parts. A parts request is an inquiry only and is not a purchase. Future third-party merchant links, once approved, will be clearly identified so customers know who is selling the product, who handles payment, shipping, returns and warranty claims. Where MRR is itself the seller, its legal responsibilities will apply regardless of any disclaimer.

4. Insurance, protection and service contracts — coming soon

MRR is not representing itself as an insurance company, insurance producer, licensed insurance agency or policy advisor. MRR does not quote, underwrite, issue, bind, solicit or negotiate insurance through this website. Truvo developer sandbox functionality, if referenced, is test-only and cannot create real insurance quotes, purchases or coverage. No insurance application or payment is accepted here. The terms, availability and licensing of any future insurance or service-contract partner must be verified before the public offer is activated. Do not send policy numbers, driver's-license details, dates of birth, payment card data or sensitive underwriting information to MRR by email or website forms.

5. MRR University and credential programs — coming soon

MRR's proposed training programs and course structures are projects under development. MRR is not offering paid enrollment, accredited degrees, college credits, state-approved vocational credentials, RVTI certification or other professional qualifications through this website. Any course titles, credit examples, academic plans or previous mockups are proposals only. No tuition, enrollment fee, certification fee or deposit is accepted. Future offerings depend on confirming and obtaining any required school licensing, program approvals, written enrollment agreements and refund policies. Free technical articles are general information, not proof of skill or a replacement for supervised instruction.

6. Campgrounds, travel offers and memberships

Campground listings and third-party booking links are informational and may change. The campground operator, reservation provider or merchant determines rates, availability, rules, cancellations, discounts and reservations. MRR does not presently sell campground bookings, campground memberships or discount packages. Any planned MRR travel discounts or membership benefits remain proposals until formal arrangements are concluded and announced. No park relationship or endorsement should be inferred solely from appearing in the directory.

7. MRR merchandise and external purchases

MRR may link visitors to its Etsy shop. When customers follow that link, they leave this website and transact through Etsy under the applicable shop listing, checkout terms, shipping policies and consumer protections. MRR may still have responsibilities as the merchandise seller; the platform's role does not eliminate those obligations. Any other third-party website is separately operated. MRR does not guarantee its prices, stock, security, warranty terms or fulfillment. MRR may earn a commission from approved affiliate links in the future; a clear commission disclosure will appear near such links.

8. Custom RV concepts and repair information

Interactive RV design tools are conceptual only; they do not create a vehicle order, binding price, production slot, warranty or engineering approval. Technical articles and troubleshooting information are general education, not a diagnosis or safety clearance. Propane, electrical, structural, brake, chassis, high-voltage and other hazardous work requires appropriate professional review. If there is smoke, a suspected gas leak, carbon-monoxide risk or other immediate danger, leave the area and contact emergency services.

9. Contact and privacy

For general product, insurance partner, training or service questions, email service@michigan-rv-repair.com. Email is not a secure method for transmitting insurance applications, card data or other sensitive information. For a service request, use the repair inquiry form. 10. Customer rights and corrections

Nothing on this page waives rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. Specific written contracts, invoices, vendor agreements and applicable law govern where appropriate. If any site statement seems inconsistent with an actual offer, contact MRR for clarification before proceeding. Please report inaccurate product descriptions, third-party links or website statements using the email above.
