Free RoadLife Member Terms

RoadLife is a free, optional member resource from Michigan RV Repair. These draft terms should be reviewed before public release.

Membership and availability

RoadLife membership currently carries no subscription charge and requires no credit card. You must use an email address you control. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. RoadLife is separate from the Pillar FSM repair customer portal.

Owner-supplied records

Members are responsible for the accuracy of their self-entered RV information, maintenance history and campground notes. Information saved in RoadLife is for personal organization only and is not independently inspected or verified by MRR. You may export or delete your saved RoadLife records.

Maintenance and travel information

Checklists are general educational information, not professional diagnoses, repair authorization, safety certifications, manufacturers' service schedules, or guarantees. Consult the RV and appliance manufacturer and a qualified professional as needed. Campground links are informational; availability, prices, restrictions, bookings and refunds are controlled by the applicable campground or booking provider.

No purchases or insurance contracts

RoadLife registration does not purchase any product, create a warranty, secure coverage, reserve campsites, or establish a repair contract. Parts sales, insurance quotes, and paid university enrollment are not offered through the free RoadLife dashboard. MRR does offer one limited, member-specific discount on qualifying MRR repair labor described below; independently published campground offers are not exclusive RoadLife benefits.

RoadLife Savings Passport: MRR service voucher

Verified email-based members may receive one unique MRR25 code per account, valid only for one use per household. It offers 25% off eligible labor on the first completed paid Michigan RV Repair mobile service visit, maximum discount $1,000. Expires December 31, 2027. Applies only within MRR's published West Michigan service area; cannot be applied to travel or dispatch charges, parts, supplies, applicable taxes, third-party work, past invoices, or combined promotions. Mention your member code before estimate approval. Service availability, conditions, standard pricing and scope are determined in the written service estimate; existing repair protections still apply. MRR must honor a valid unused code when the stated conditions are satisfied. The coupon cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred. Only authorized MRR personnel may mark the offer redeemed or void after verification. Disputed redemptions: service@michigan-rv-repair.com.

Public campground coupons

Third-party camping promotions are independently published public offers and are not exclusive, approved partnerships or endorsements. MRR does not control the operator's pricing or reservations. Check official source pages for availability, dates, geographic applicability, property restrictions, and taxes/fees before making a booking.

Appropriate use

Do not submit unlawful, misleading or third-party confidential information. Do not attempt to access another member's records. Members should avoid uploading or entering sensitive personal data into freeform notes. This service currently does not accept document uploads.
