Effective November 2026 · Prelaunch review draft
MRR RoadLife Privacy Notice
This notice describes the new free RoadLife member area. It supplements MRR's general privacy notice. Review with appropriate counsel before public launch.
What we collect
To provide account access, our authentication provider processes your email address and account credentials or temporary login tokens. If you choose to use the Digital RV Garage, we store the RV nickname, optional year, RV type, make, model, notes, maintenance tasks and due dates you enter, and saved campground names, links and notes. We do not require a VIN, payment card, driver’s license, medical information, or billing details to join.
Savings Passport records
When you sign in, RoadLife may issue one personal service-discount code and store its issue date, expiration date and redemption status. MRR uses these records to honor and prevent duplicate redemption of the benefit. You can export your voucher information. Because voucher status also helps prevent repeat use, the voucher remains in our system if you delete your other RoadLife records; contact us to request full account erasure, subject to lawful record retention.
How your information is used
These records provide the free member dashboard, maintenance lists and personal campground favorites. We do not automatically submit them as repair requests, purchase orders or insurance applications. Saved records are not public. MRR does not use these member entries to automatically offer personalized insurance or make eligibility decisions.
Service providers and access
Member authentication and stored records are provided by Supabase. The website is hosted through Netlify. These providers process information to operate the service. Information may be available to authorized MRR administrators when necessary to maintain the platform or respond to a support or privacy request. Do not put payment card numbers, passwords or highly sensitive information in freeform notes.
Retention and your choices
You may download an export of your saved RVs, maintenance tasks and campground favorites or remove them from the member dashboard. Deleting saved records does not itself erase your login account. For full account deletion or data questions, email service@michigan-rv-repair.com from your registered address. We will verify requests as needed. Some records may be retained if required by applicable law or necessary for legitimate operational purposes.
Cookies and security
RoadLife uses authentication session storage to keep you signed in and to secure access to your own data. Data is transmitted over HTTPS when hosted at its intended domain. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. Sign out on shared devices.
No automatic marketing consent
Creating a RoadLife account does not, by itself, consent to promotional email or paid membership. Future programs will have separate opt-in terms as appropriate.

Back to RoadLifeOptional camping-deals email preferences
RoadLife does not automatically subscribe members to marketing email. If you opt in, MRR stores your chosen state, national-roundup preference, and opt-in and opt-out timestamps in your private member account. Email campaigns will be sent only after an email service is configured. You can withdraw consent from your member dashboard; future promotional messages must also have a working unsubscribe option.
We use your email account address to deliver sign-in links, and—only when you opt in and the program launches—to deliver campground deals and related MRR service information. We do not promise an offer in every state or share your email with campground operators to sell you products.
